Miss BC

The Miss BC program gave me the opportunity to compete at the Miss World Canada pageant in Toronto in 2009. It was an amazing experience and many wonderful memories and friendships were made. I have gone on to win the title of Mrs. Canada Galaxy and I competed internationally at the Mrs. Galaxy pageant in 2013.

The Miss BC program provided me with a platform to give back to my community. I was able to spend countless hours volunteering for different organizations that I hold near and dear to my heart. This included the Child Development Centre which specializes in helping children with special needs and learning disabilities, the SPCA, and many other local charities. My favorite part of being a titleholder was going to schools and talking to kids about bullying prevention, self-worth and self-confidence.

Currently my number one title is “Mom”. My husband and I have been blessed with two amazing children. Our son Austin is 5 years old and we just welcomed our daughter, Londyn, into our family last December. When I am not busy being a mom, I run a contract bookkeeping company. I am extremely lucky to be married to the most amazing and supportive man, Craig, who truly has been my better half for the past 10 years.

The Miss BC Pageant program is amazing. It is run by absolutely incredible directors who are passionate about helping young adults. I would 100% recommend this pageant to everyone. It is definitely an experience of a lifetime filled with fun, friends and lasting memories. I have made so many lifelong friendships from participating in pageants and I have so many memories that I will forever cherish.
